Budgeteering
We know how important your budget is - it needs to work as hard as you do. With LBC, you’ll get a line-item budget that makes it easy to see what you are paying and what you are getting.
Measuring ROI
Each invoice will detail the work performed and you’ll get an updated project tracker, noting results achieved month-by-month.
Project Basis
For finite projects that have a start and finish, LBC will propose a set budget in a line-item budget encompassing all elements of the project.
Retainer Basis
For ongoing project, you reserve a certain percent of LBC time per month, and are billed accordingly. Generally, we agree to a scope-of-work and a budget and amortize the fee over a set number of months.
No Surprises
If it is anticipated that circumstances are changing and a budget overage may occur, you will know well before it happens, so you have the opportunity to approve or alter the timing or scope of work.
